Hyaluronic acid and Vitamin B12

SICCOSTIL® PROTECT  eye drops is a preservative-free ophthalmic solution indicated for dogs, cats non DPA horses and rabbits. Hyaluronic Acid creates a viscoelastic, protective moisturising barrier on the ocular surface.The presence of vitamin B12 with its pink colouring with antioxidant, neuro-epithelial protective properties protects and promotes the physiological repair of eye function. It provides immediate relief in cases of dry eye, moderate dry eye syndrome and related environmental stress.

DIRECTIONS
  • Remove the safety ring by lifting the tab, remove the bottle cap and take it between the thumb and forefinger of the dominant hand.
  • Hold the animal's head still by restraining the muzzle with the non-dominant hand,
  • Place the dominant hand to the side above the animal's head so that the outer edge of the 5th digit finger lightly pulls on the upper eyelid to facilitate exposure of the eye,
  • place the bottle over the eye and apply 1-2 drops of the solution into the eye 2-3 times a day, applying light pressure to the body of the bottle, taking care not to touch the eye with the tip of the bottle.
  • Thoroughly close the cap on the bottle after each use.
  • Reward the animal after application.
COMPOSITION

Purified water, Glycerine, Sodium hyaluronate, Cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12), Sorbitol, Sodium chloride, Sodium tetraborate decahydrate, Disodium edetate, Boric acid.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AND WARNINGS
  • Ophthalmic product for external veterinary use.
  • Avoid touching the eye with the tip of the bottle.
  • Do not use the product after the expiration date stated on the packaging.
  • Allow 10-15 minutes between the application of Siccostil Protect and any additional medication or products for external ophthalmic use.
  • Do not use in case of subjective hypersensitivity or known incompatibility to any component of the preparation.
  • Use the bottle within 56 days of first opening.
  • Close thoroughly after use.
  • Keep out of sight and reach of children.
  • Keep away from heat sources, store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C.
  • Do not discard the container in the environment after use.
